How we work

We clean before you open or after you close, so customers never see a mop. Shop floors, glass, fittings and fitting rooms are covered, along with the parts customers don't see: stockrooms, staff areas and bathrooms.
Weekend cover is standard, because shops trade at weekends. You get a written spec, a fixed weekly rate and one named contact, and the same cleaners each visit.

Can you clean before we open?
Yes. Retail cleans are booked before opening or after closing, so the shop floor is ready when the doors open.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. Weekend cover is standard for shops.
Can you clean after a refit?
Yes. We do post-works cleans as one-offs, as well as regular contracts.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, machines and consumables. If you would rather we use your stock, we will price it that way.
Are you insured?
Yes. Public liability is in place and every cleaner is reference-checked before they hold keys.
Is there a minimum contract?
Six months, then rolling with a month's notice either way.
Areas we cover
From Shepherd's Bush west to Hounslow and south to Surbiton, from our office in Richmond. If you're just outside the line, ask anyway.
